My kids and I have been able to enjoy the foundations of yoga at this studio. The owners have become like family and we have implemented some of the things we passed in class at home which has made a world of difference. My kids love coming here as do I!

I cannot express my concern deeply enough. First, every class we've been to has started 10+ minutes late. Second, the doors are LOCKED during children's yoga sessions and parents not allowed to wait in the building, unless her husband is present to wait in the lobby. This is unsafe and unprofessional. Third, classes led by Nashita for children are chaotic and lack discipline. Children are crying, behaving poorly, not listening, etc. My daughter came out dispondent.
Update: nowhere on the site does it explain parents will locked out of the facility. And despite the response below from the business, I have receieved no "refund" or communication about a refund. I hope others continue to have great experiences and am saddened that it's simply never been mine.

Kind Karma is a wonderful place. When you walk in, you feel relaxed right away. The decor is thoughtful and upscale. My eight year old daughter and I love going together. The power yoga is both relaxing and a workout. Thank you for all you do at Kind Karma to bring mindfulness to our family.

Great Yoga studio for the whole family. My husband and I take a class while our kids also take a class in the next room. Always relaxing and rejuvenating for all of us.

This place can give you a relaxing time when you need it, and a fun time when you need it! This place makes yoga FUN! I love the artwork, the shirts, the retail section, and the owner! If you don't come to Kind Karma Family Yoga, you are missing out!!!! Do yourself a favor and get hear with your whole family for a free trial class!!

We are thrilled to have found Kind Karma. My 8 year old has attended camps and loves it there. She benefits from the supportive environment and yoga practice. After her classes, we see smiles, positive self-talk and more confidence.
