The best place to train BJJ period. The dojo offers a welcoming atmosphere towards any, & all, individuals. Respect & discipline are in abundance, as well as great instructors/staff.... & of course incredible Jiu Jitsu. I am so thankful for finding this place & recommend anyone stops by, if they have any real interest in learning to become a proper martial artist, more self-confident, learn how to defend themself, or are just looking to lose weight. This place offers everything & more. Shouts out to Optimus & its team!
My young son and I have been training here for two years and they have now become part of our extended family. What I love most is the fun and very challenging culture Professor Grant created and promotes. All of us love to get on the mat and train and help each other.
I also travel a lot for business and drop in to different BJJ schools across the country - some of the biggest names too. Most of them are great schools, yet, in my opinion Optimus BJJ rises above them in instruction and culture. I'm very thankful for Professor Grant and his staff. The place is world class.

Top notch instruction and a great culture for learning. With morning, mid-day, and evening classes I am always able to fit a class in my always changing schedule. Really great team of people here from all ages and background

Was coming in from out of the area and found optimus. Emailed and grant promptly emailed back with visiting student policy. Came in and did both fundamental and advanced class. Grant was very welcoming and paired me up with great guys. Everyone had a good attitude and great vibe. Would definitely recommend dropping in if in the area.
