Wow I have been with several trainers in past years and Keith is up there with the best of them and for such a reasonable cost. Now I can go in and feel I am getting the personal attention I need and it is not costing me my whole paycheck. The gym is small but adequate and clean the equipment is in very good condition. And Keith is knowledgeable and personable can't ask for better than that.
I started training with Keith in January of 2013 and I have seen Very good results. My body is in the best shape in years! I love Keith's personal attention and how he encourages me to keep going even when I don't feel like working out. He's a great coach.
