This is an outstanding gym and training center. They offer a variety of Martial Arts classes for children ages 3-5 and 6-12 weekday afternoons and evening classes for teens. There are also evening classes for adults in Jeet Kune Do and Mixed Martial Arts.
The staff are respectful, knowledge, and friendly. Tiger Mat MMA is AWESOME!!!

This is a great place to train! The instructors genuinely care about the development of the students and their mental and physical growth. Alongside that, the place is crazy clean and the pads are nice to workout on as well. Highly recommend! High energy and fun place to workout and learn!

The place is cool and teaches you many things. We do all kinds of martial arts and I enjoy it very much here. Very much worth it!!
