I have a huge problem with this place. First of all, I was bugged and bugged over and over by text and email regarding orientation for the "free" 6 week transformation. I never replied, and once I decided to check it out, I texted back. So, I go and I was the only one in orientation. I learned that the program is not free, that people have signed up and never went back after the program. So, they decided to start charging for the camp, and you "qualify" to get your money back after losing the 20 lbs during the 6 weeks. So I was like, No way, I can't afford this right now as I am in the process of planning a wedding. Then at the end I decided that I could use the weight loss for my wedding, so I signed up. After sleeping on it, the next morning I was like, No I need the money right now and can't sign up at this time. I read the contract, you have 5 days, not including Sundays, to write them a letter and state why you are cancelling the agreement. You can deliver that in person or by mail. I went the very next day and they were closed. So I went after work and the same girl who helped me was there again. She said she understood and took my letter along with my copy of the contract and said she would give that to the manager. I also read in the contract it will take 10 days to receive my refund, so I've been patiently waiting. I even received a text on Monday regarding a nutrition orientation for 7/20, in which I replied that I took my letter of cancellation and am waiting on a refund. Their reply was "noted."
Okay, so I check my bank account today and they overdrafted my account by taking another $100 out today. So, if my cancellation is pending, why did they allow another payment to come out? I think that is bad customer service. No one is answering the phone number or texting me anymore. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
