I started training at Live Fit with Brandon 2 months ago. My goals were to gain energy, get back in shape, and to get a bit stronger. I work at a desk all day, and all the sitting had taken a toll on my fitness.
First of all, it is working! After 2 months, I have lost 7% body fat and my waist is down 2 inches, and my energy level is through the roof. Brandon knows what he is doing. He's creative with the exercises, keeps things fresh and different, and is great at motivating. This is the first time that I have enjoyed exercising in a LONG time.
And the facility is great too. It's small, but it has everything, and they are constantly adding new machines and contraptions. I have done exercises that I didn't know existed and they have worked great. Definitely recommend!
