Almost five stars, but they still won't (years) use a simple DAMP cloth to wipe clean the dirty court floors once a day. It's what the court manufactures recommend!
This is a decent LA Fitness. They tend to keep up with replenishing paper towels, keep the floor reasonably clean, and have enough equipment to meet customer needs. The bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms aren't particularly neat.
Someone needs to please clean the basketball courts . I've been going to this gym for more then 3 years now and we the " Members " pay good money for a clean gym .
The fitness equipment is pretty good, but BEWARE OF THE WATER in the drinking fountains! BRING YOUR OWN WATER, PEOPLE! The water in the drinking fountains is contaminated with metals or something that taste terrible and make you want to vomit.
Much better upgrades.I was almost going to start a CrossFit gym but the EXPANDED their equipment to include Rogue cross/TRX to all members. I need swimming and the pool is great. Staffers are great. Thanks Corporate for the upgrades. Well Done, love brand new gear.Spin classes, Basketball court, and pool. Many different exercises offered along with classes. Plenty of Parking.
Good local gym that has clean machines. Very busy at prime hours (5-7). Machines are generally in good conditions. Not using the locker room nor the shower much; so not experience to comment on that yet.
The pool is still down, three stars for you. Also there is very little room to do bodyweight exercises.

This gym is constantly oversold, dirty, and the management could careless about its clients. I had a personal training there, more than half of the time while I was being trained my trainer and myself were looming for open equipment to train on due to them being oversold. My trainer left and and after that I was left competent hanging out in the wind. I was given appointments to training and no trainer showed up, than I told them I wanted to cancel because of the horrible service and they refused to.
Stay away from this gym, they will try to get you into a contract that they cannot fulfill and once you want to cancel due to the horrible service they will try to keep you in it.

It's been over two months now, still no pool, what a shame!
Nice and clean gym. The trainers are nice and in my experience never too busy to answer any questions.
Pool is closed more then half the year going on 3 years now. Always some new excuse, and always closed 4 times longer then promised every time. The new management seems to be alittle nicer but still can't get the job done.

The gym is pretty old and the majority of the equipment is dirty. There was new flooring put in, but they should have purchased better equipment. They also close pretty early on the weekends so if you work weekends like i do you can't count on them to be open. They have also closed early on random days, which I feel is for them to go party or something because it wasn't on holidays.

There always an empty equipment for everyone. I like the space and atmosphere. Good service.
The pool is pretty gross and hardly kept clean. The Girls' Locker needs frequenting by the maintenance staff. Showers are not kept clean and the building as a whole needs maintaining. I only come here for running and weights because it's the closest and most convenient in the evenings. For the pool, I'm definitely going to a different LA Fitness. Been to the one in Whittier and that one is always kept clean.

Great gym. Mostly clean racquetball courts. Can get a little crowded.
This gym is Awesome why do I say that, well because this Is the only gym I can find that actually cares about their equipment. They are quick to fix any faulty equipment and they have recently Remodeled the entire place. One thing to mention is there is no WiFi but Management has said in 2018 they will provide. Best time to go is after 10:30 AM, I find less people mean more available equipment.
Just remodeled, great equipment with built in tv sets.
They just spent a lot of money to upgrade the club, but the showers still have the old showerheads that are clogged, some of the shower drains still back up and its been that way for weeks. There is mold dripping from the Hvav vents. And they cancelled classes the Fri before Labor Day to save a lousy buck
They have the best yoga! Mon/thurs 8pm & sat @11
They did an awesome job remodeling this gym. Brand new flooring walls with new paint. All brand new equipment intelligent lay out of equipment. Love the fact they have arm bike there as well.
Would be nice if it said it was closed. FK LA FITNESS
