I'm in love with Janel's PowerInterval classes. She really knows her stuff! Her workouts are adaptable, and still VERY challenging, my heart rate is up the entire time. Being a person who works out regularly (3-4x per week) I leave the Powerlab feeling rejuvenated and challenged. And believe me, your body will feel it the next day :) No two classes are ever alike and she is constantly switching things up, which is how workouts should be if you want to see and feel a positive change in your body. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone regardless of their fitness level, because it is so adaptable. You'll love it. And, as an added bonus, Powerlab is a very friendly and welcoming environment!
