I just finished up 4 months of physical therapy at In Motion OC for a TKR, total knee replacement. The kind and caring treatment I received from Matt, Vicki, Julia, JoJo and others was second to none. They are always on-time and ready for you when you walk in. Their program is very well designed to treat you properly and efficiently to return you to your prior state of physical activity before your injury or surgery.
The facility is very clean with locker rooms with lockers and digital locks to store your clothing or valuables during treatment. The personnel are always changing the towels if you are treated on a bed and the bed is wiped down after every patient uses the bed. I really felt safe and well cared for at this facility.
I love this place! I've been coming here for the last couple of months for my post ACL rehab and the facility and staff is great here. My sister also goes here so we get to meet more of the staff than most. Haze is my primary therapist and is the best! Michelle and Alvin are also amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy.
I had the chance of being here a couple of months ago, and the service/hospitality is great. I worked with Michelle and she treated my knee. Now I have absolutely no pains. This place was so great that I joined the fitness center and loved everyday. I used to get excited about going there. I only left cause I had to move because of my job. Otherwise, I would continued the fitness training, it really helped me with my core strength.
Best Physical Therapy Place ever!!! I love it since it brings me back my physical health. The best part is that they combine your treatment with exercise so you can continue to feel better at home. I went here because I felt like my form was off on many different technical weight lifting exercises. They were able to help me do exercises to fix my form. I mostly worked on my squat and dead lift form because of minor back pain, but they also helped me to fix my overhead press and benching form. I can now lift pain free! This place is excellent. I am far more confident in my lifts and no longer worried that I am going to hurt myself. Also, a nice little bonus was that they worked with my insurance to give me 24 appointments for only $300.

On January 17th., 2017 had my right knee replaced at Cedars-Sinai. For my outpatient physical therapy spent the next two months three visits per week at O.C In Motion in Irvine, California. Every visit never felt as.a patient , it felt like visiting and hanging out with my best friends. I was amazed by the knowledge, professionalism, and confidence of the staff. I felt blessed to find the best physical therapists in Southern California. This experience prompt me to once again use their services after my right knee replacement that was done by the same surgeon at Cedars-Sinai on November 29th., 2017.
The staff which I consider them my friends now are the best and the most knowledgeable in their field. I truly feel that I am lucky to have my healing process is going so well and quick. I wish to express my sincere thanks to every one at O.C. in Motion for helping me out in this challenge.

In Motion OC is AMAZING!!! Stephanie my PT has worked miracles on my hips. I am able to get around so much easier with less pain. I hope with additional therapy I will soon be back to 100%, without surgery! Everyone there is friendly and intent on my recovery. I can't say enough good things about In Motion OC.

In Motion O.C. was a great place to receive physical therapy! All staff, ranging from the front desk, to physical therapist assistants, to the physical therapists themselves, were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to get to know their patients on a more individual level in order to help their patients reach their physical therapy goals. They had great equipment in their facility that was sufficient for various different needs. The layout of the facility was large and spacious, and gave patients and their physical therapists plenty of room to work on their exercises. Victor was an awesome PT! He really got to know his patients and their conditions in order to help them heal as efficiently as possible. I didn't think physical therapy could be enjoyable not only through the exercises and care offered to their patients, but also by the environment that the entire staff created in that office.
If you need physical therapy there is no better place than IN MOTION.

Came in after fracturing my shoulder in cycling accident with very limited range in motion and pain that kept me from working and other activities that were essential in my life; I'm a professional musician and my injury was quite the handicap.
Immediately felt very welcome, informed, and comfortable. I was blown away by the genuine care I received from all the therapists and employees. Victor and Haze played key roles in my healing process. Without the quality physical therapy I received from In Motion OC I am convinced I would not be as healed as I am now. I am working full time now with no limitations in music performance. I'm also getting back onto my bicycle this week!
I'm so thankful to everyone who helped me in my recovery; Alexa, David, and all the others.
