Only join Stark if you want to be stronger, healthier, happier and to have an increased quality of life. I was introduced to Stark by a friend who had experienced "transformational" results. I was a naturally active, healthy person with occasional but consistent low back pain, who wanted to improve his surfing ability and was interested in investing in long-term health. I didn't think that I needed "transformation." I am six weeks in, I have lost 10 lbs. and more importantly experienced a significant, positive shift in body composition. I think about food differently, I have more energy, and I am stronger, especially in areas that I was (unknowingly) weak. I am not suggesting that Stark is a six week weight loss program. Check back with me in a year to see what my long-term results have been. I am saying that my expectations have been dramatically exceeded in a short, six week period of time. Importantly, my back feels much looser and stronger due to the integrated approach to chiropractic care, diet and strength training. Join, put in the work and you'll experience tremendous results. If you surf my home break, don't join because I want to be stronger than you so I get all of the good waves ;)
