Next Level Fitness is a private gym that independent trainers use to conduct training sessions with their clientele. As far as I'm aware, in order to use the gym, you must sign a contract with a personal trainer. I don't think the gym offers a gym membership fee to use the facilities. There are multiple trainers that work in the gym (~15).
The gym is located in a business complex, so it's similar to other warehouse type gyms (cross fit, etc). The gym spans across three warehouse roll up doors and is divided into three section. Once section is fake turf where many trainers conduct circuit training types of workouts. There are also 2 squat racks, a dead lift platform, battle ropes, and some TRX bands hanging from the ceiling.
The second section is basically the weight room, which has a combination of free weights and machines.
The third section has aerobic machines (treadmills, stationary bikes, step masters, elliptical, and rowing machines).
Some trainers also use the asphalt area outside the gym for conditioning drills (pushing sleds and flipping tires). The trainer I worked with is named Adam To and I was very pleased with the results and types of workouts he planned for me.
Additional amenities include locker rooms with showers and a nutrition supplement shop that also offers protein shakes.
