This is a gym for American Gigolos...as well as hot, fit sophisticates. Great place, needless to say.
Used to be better but still pretty good. I wish they did not remove the free towel service, that was awesome! Wifi is descent and free. Pool area is nice to work out or relax. Need a few more seating devices.
A four star review maybe a bit generous but I like most of the people who work here. They always say hello to me. The equipment is nice and rarely breaks and they are usually fast when it comes to repairing it. The locker room is clean and it's never too busy during the day.
Great place and nice amenities - the people who work there are super nice as well. The gym itself is always a little chilly but other than that this gym is a good one for sure!
All of the staff here are very nice and always smiling. Great, clean facility (usually you will see someone walking around cleaning things) and quality equipment. More than you would ever need all around at a gym weights and otherwise. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Most people working out here are extremely dedicated, but there's also no judgement. You will meet some great people as well!
This is not a cheap gym and you have to commit long term. However, the overall experience is exceptional. The facilities are clean, they offer top notch equipment, a plethora of classes, staff is pleasant and helpful and the rooftop is great. If you are looking for a budget friendly gym, roll over to your 24hr fitness.

Executive locker room is a plus. This place, like all gyms, has more men, but that's to be expected I guess.

Check out the Huntington location before you quit on this gym. Huge disparity between the two. The other one is cleaner and has a significantly nicer staff.

worst equinox ever specially the front desk people are very rude and mean i could expect this behavior on LA but this people dont like thier job specially during weekends no towels everything so messy at locker room etc

Nice club with great selection of classes and knowledgeable instructors.
I received the BEST massage of my life by the Spa Manager, Nathan today! He is amazing! I went in with pain all over my body and left relaxed and completely free of pain.
I was also impressed to learn that non-members can book their massage at the spa and enjoy all the facilities of the club the entire day!
Every time I walk in the people at the front desk are super off putting and rude, the comments that have been made to me are almost comical, I work in customer service so I hate leaving bad reviews but I am so fed up. It's super over priced and just really not worth it. All around it has been a very disapointing year spending way more than I should have for a gym. Can't believe I'm saying this but 24/hr is actually better.

It's so expensive but it is worth to invest.
Place is fairly nice, but not worth the price. There are several reasons for my rating: water machines and fountains are subpar, mats for stretching are not wiped as regularly as they should, amongst other things. Most importantly, do note that you are LOCKED IN for a whole year when you first join. They'll slip in that bit but strongly emphasize that you can quit any time, but (not very surprisingly) only after your first year. It's true it has more amenities (steam room, gazebos, bar, etc.) than other gyms, but if exercise equipment is your main priority you'll find that other gyms will probably have more of them (squat racks, Olympic platform, etc.).

I was never informed of this when signing up and felt taking advantage of after asking to cancel and then told I was unable to. the gym is old doesn't feel as clean and new as I think it should for the price. the only perk is maybe working out on the roof on a sunny day.
I go to the gym 6 days a week and mostly use 24 hour as I feel they have exceeded my needs far more than this place. I don't mind paying for quality that's how I live my life this place is over rated.
