This place is huge. Haven't been to this new location yet. It had so much to offer and great selection of everything.

This location is awesome. A large, bright and friendly location. Usually has all the good stuff in stock!! The wife loves to visit this one over any other location.. Staff is always helpful and there are plenty of them if you need help!

I am a HUGE fan of lululemon and also own a shameful amount of clothing. I received a gift certificate for Christmas and used this at the new boutique at Fashion Island. The absolute rudest most horrible experience I have ever had~ That staff has a lot to learn about service and being kind.

The lululemon, Canadian sports apparel store, has moved to a new location at Fashion Island on December 5th, 2017. Very nice new store with great customer service. Men's, kid's and women's apparel are located in the same shop. Their apparel is well made, but I find their selection boring and too expensive for my taste. Their Canadian sports apparel just isn't for me, but Macy's is located across from their store. Macy's has more selection of sports wear at a much more affordable price. lululemon had a sign for a juice bar, but I didn't see one open while enjoying their new shop.

I've been to quite a few of the different lululemon stores and I have always been treated with politeness, knowledge of the products and I feel very well taken care of while I'll shopping in any of the stores. I feel very at home at the Newport Beach store...its close to my home and they are cheerful and knowledgeable. PLUS, the lululemon products are very well made and always changing...I LOVE my total experience when I'm shopping there and know l'm getting a top of the line product! Thank you

Don't ever try to call this store, they never and I mean NEVER answer the phone. The overall tone of the store has young twenty somethings with the most ridiculous snotty attitude that act extremely put out if you ask anything. There is one extremely rude girl who refers to everyone as "sweetie" in the most condescending tone. You don't refer to a woman in her 40's as sweetie and again, in a "you're putting me out what do you want" tone. I'm not sure why the manager of this store thinks the type of customer service is remotely acceptable. I routinely shop at Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, etc and never once have I had a salesperson refer to me a sweetie. WIth that said, there are two great sales people in the store Margo and Emily (the one who as worked for LLL for several years)..these two are the ONLY reason I will continue to walk into the store and will only do so when they are working.
The people who work here are as ridiculous as the prices. The two week return policy is a joke. The "help" was extremely rude when I brought a gift back after two weeks, and might as well have told me to never come back. Fine by me. I don't recommend this store to anyone. You can get better apparel from TJ Max, for a quarter of the price. Do yourself a favor, avoid this store.
