cycle. The staff was super friendly in helping me figure out the best package option for someone that was just in town for a week. I had three different instructors with the different styles and it was great. It was my first experience with indoor cycling and it was a blast. Crazy intense workouts if you want them to be and you'll sweat like nobody's business.

Soul cycle is a great way to energize and revitalize your body! I love the music and the high energy of the workouts. The instructors are awesome!! If you love sweating in a high energy, yogi-like environment- then this is your place!
Soul Cycle is a completely unique spin class where you ride to the music and get your upper body really involved with push-ups and weights. Super friendly studio staff and really clean change area with 3 showers, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, face cleanser, deodorant, lotion, hairspray, hair elastics and bobby pins are provided. The music is awesome and I look forward to this workout every week! (I also have an electric car at the EV parking is right out front of this location at Fashion Island - bonus!)

I can't believe I haven't reviewed before. Obvi soulcycle is amazing. If you dig a cardio party on a bike with a soul centered yogi vibe, try it -- I guarantee you'll love it.
