Friendly staff. Came in ready to buy a few pairs of pants but we're missing my size (34) in almost all of them. Bought 1 pair and I'm happy with the quality
Staff are always very helpful and attentive here. Prices are high, but the quality reflects the price. Extremely comfortable and durable clothing.
Staff here is so wonderfully helpful, repairs / exchange policy at Lulu is incredible. I took my pants in to get repaired and they took them, got the necessary stuff filled out, gave me a 2 day turn around time, and I was done with the process in less than 5 minutes.
Staff was super helpful in finding everything I needed for my shopping, and threw in some extra tote bags when I mentioned I liked them.
The repair policy, awesome staff, and amazing quality and technicality of the clothes is what will keeps me coming back
I bought a pair of the align pants online and when I recieved them they were a bit too big, and there were some loose threads and piling going on, I was pretty disappointed. I returned them in store and was helped by an employee named Summer who was so incredibly friendly and even helped me pick out a new pair (which I ended up going down 2 sizes) and they fit great! Super happy with my experience !!
I'm giving this store for stars, not because I don't like the Lululemon brand but because this tour doesn't seem to make good use of their space. There's a lot of floor space in this store but the way they have it laid out doesn't allow them to display as much of their product line as they can at other stores in the area. As usual the staff here is amazing they help you find what you need even if something is not out on display they will look for it can't ask for more from your staff then that.
Went in to buy lululemon's new APL shoes and was helped by cynthia, who was very helpful and was very Knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on the shoes I wanted .also the store is really big so lot of collection for the mens side to choose from .

Worse store and customer service ever
Evolution polos are excellent! I bought my 20'th one at this store. The material is soft and breathable, doesn't shrink and the color lasts. Highly recommend lulu and specifically the polo shirts.
I had the pleasure of working out with the staff and they are an amazing group of women! Great motivation and attitudes! I came into the store tonight to pick up a pair of shorts and they were extremely helpful and nice. Four different staff members interacted with me despite them being busy and it being the very end of the night. Definitely impressed and look forward to coming in to the store in the future! Thanks again ladies!
Love the fact that this Lululemon is located on the other side of South Coast Plaza. Makes it super easy to park and walk in without dealing with the crowds. I hate how Lululemon's sizing is so different from other brands, but the wait room staff was great and very patient as I tried on half the store.
By far the worst lulu store I've ever been to. No one ever came up to us to ask us if we needed help or even to just say hi. When it came time to check out, two of the girls were busy talking to their friends and the associates that did see us tried to ignore us and just looked at each other to see who was gonna check us out. When one girl finally came up she didn't speak a word to us and assumed that the top that was left on the counter by someone else was ours and started to ring us up until my boyfriend told her that it was not ours. She never apologized or even asked if we found everything we were looking for or if anyone helped us. I guess it all depends on who you ask but in my opinion they were rude, snooty and gave the worst customer service I've EVER experienced!
