Costly and poor vibe. Scheduling slots can improve. Fairly distracting to come and decor could be more updated. The owner is insulting and falsely accusing me of what I said is the truth. I was just giving my friend a ride there and looking from a distance to watch him doing a session.
Honestly, they need to improve as a team. I have the right and being serious about this review. The owner has no right to take away mine or anyone on their first amendment of freedom speech legally. That is true based on what I witness and one of my peers along a relative that I had to watch over here.
Great gym with wonderful owners.
Best programming around, the coaches are great & the community is amazing!
I dropped in while in town. I had a great experience and the staff was great. I would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Best programming I've ever seen, top tier coaching, certifications and community.

I dropped in at CFCM while visiting family & loved it! The staff was very friendly & the facility is amazing. Coach Max clearly has a lot of knowledge on how to properly warm-up muscle groups and CF in general. They also have pull-up bars I can reach with a plate or box!!

Thanks for letting me drop in! Great box and excellent coaching! Lots of space with a variety of equipment. I'm looking forward to coming back.
DON'T GO WITHOUT CALLING THEM FIRST. Even if you have been doing CrossFit for months somewhere else they will not let you join in on a WOD without "certifying" you first. Calling your current CrossFit gym isn't enough. They need a full day's notice, want to review your ability to participate, and have an extra coach on site just to watch the visitor. While I love CrossFit (and will continue to do it) this is one of its GLARING weaknesses. You can't travel for business, wake up early and decide to get a workout in, and just show up and participate. Every CrossFit affiliate has their own rules and allowances and some (like CrossFit Costa Mesa) are much more rigid than others... someone really needs to figure this out for people like me that have to travel.
Spacious, super organized with each athlete having their own lane, well known for producing top athletes that go to the Crossfit games.
I had lots of crossfit boxes to choose from within 5 miles of Newport Beach, CA. The Crossfit Masters Community in Facebook recommended this one.
I went on a Thursday morning as a drop in from CrossFit Fort Lauderdale for $20. It was a very good active recovery workout with 30 minutes of calisthenics then 40 minutes of mobility WOD. They told me that usually the workouts are not over an hour, but I will never complain about a longer workout.
Highly recommend this box if you are serous about competing or if you are a crossfitter that wants to drop in.
You DO NOT need to call in advance to work out (like some other reviewer said).
I did send a message to them on Facebook and they made sure I have already experience with CrossFit.
Great and fully-loaded cross fit gym.
