So glad I gave this place a chance. I was a little hesitant at first because it was a boot-camp-like fitness class, but I do not regret it one bit! GOODS: -Great instructors and trainers! They are so encouraging and get you really pumped and motivated -For myself, since it's a class with other people, it motivates me to keep going because I see that others can do it; when I work out by myself, I can get distracted -I love that it is a quick 45 min class, because it works with my schedule; even though it seems short, being consistent you can see results! -They provide you with a schedule so you can have an idea of what to expect for each day, but the workouts are always different, which makes it fun! -They really push you to your limit and make you work for the results! -Great music playlist, too NOT-SO-GOODS: -It is SO expensive.... more
