I came to this place during what I would consider the worst physical and mental health I've been in a really long time. All the trainers, especially Mark, have been so supportive and friendly throughout the short amount of time I've been here. Mark goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals - from personally welcoming you into each class you attend and helping you develop a personal meal prep plan and eating habits. I'm always impressed with how he (along Coach TJ & Sarah) remember details about everyone's lives. It's honestly a great work out each day and a positive environment.

The workouts are great because they know how to effectively target each body part (typically - M/W lower body, T/Th/Sat full body, and Wed upper body, but this changes monthly). While it is a group class, people of all health levels are welcome to join. The trainers know your limits and alter weights/exercises to any health concerns (i.e. back or knee pain).

Workouts are an hour long and I consistently burn about 700-800 calories each time. It's honestly the highlight of my day and in my three months here, I've lost 31 pounds (from 230 down to 199!) I feel great, look great, and can definitely see myself getting stronger and toned.

While it may cost a little bit more than a 24 hour fitness membership, it's more than worth it if you need extra motivation to work out. It's affordable and it works! I'm so grateful for Mark, TJ, and Sarah for their consistent encouragement and helping me reach my potential.

I recently joined a Max Body Fitness Boot Camp group and am so impressed with the trainer, the class and the results. I thought I was just going to kick-start a workout routine, but learned that not only would I get a workout jump start but also help and guidance with a holistic nutrition & fitness routine. Mark is a fantastic trainer - works us out very hard in class, but is also a positive force that helps motivate each and every one of us to achieve our goals.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone in search of a new way to workout - a fun, but challenging way to get fit!

I had been searching for a local Boot Camp for several months when I found Mark and Max Body Boot Camp in December last year. My first month I lost 4.5 inches and and have been blown away each month since then at my results. I LOVE Boot Camp - every day is different, so its NEVER boring! Mark makes it fun, and knows each persons fitness level and is able to tailor the program so you are able to get the most out of it. I cannot imagine my life without Boot Camp now. I think I will be a camper for a long time to come!

Definitely a great boot camp experience. I highly recommend this to anyone considering trying out a boot camp fitness program. Mark is highly motivating and positive. This is not an "army style" boot camp. It is challenging but not beyond a beginner wanting to join an exercise program. Pricing is very reasonable and It is a worthwhile "self-investment" Mark goes above and beyond in providing nutritional info and support. Give this boot camp a try.
