So glad I gave this place a chance. I was a little hesitant at first because it was a boot-camp-like fitness class, but I do not regret it one bit!
GOODS:
-Great instructors and trainers! They are so encouraging and get you really pumped and motivated
-For myself, since it's a class with other people, it motivates me to keep going because I see that others can do it; when I work out by myself, I can get distracted
-I love that it is a quick 45 min class, because it works with my schedule; even though it seems short, being consistent you can see results!
-They provide you with a schedule so you can have an idea of what to expect for each day, but the workouts are always different, which makes it fun!
-They really push you to your limit and make you work for the results!
-Great music playlist, too
NOT-SO-GOODS:
-It is SO expensive. I cannot convince myself to get a membership or pass; I did the Groupon deal, which is totally worth it
-Parking at this location is not that great; very limited
-Class size is somewhat consistent; depending on time of class, you can have a class size of 5 or up to 15? You don't have one-on-one attention with the instructor in a larger class; so if you need help, you have to speak up
-No locker rooms or showers; don't expect a gym, it's just a rented out space with room to work out and store workout equipment
-The Groupon deal counts CONSECUTIVE days, even on the days that you don't go (for example, I got the 21-day pass, and it expires on the 21st day from the day you use it; so even though I didn't go on the weekends, I lost two days)
I personally loved this, and would totally do it again but only with the Groupon deal or any other deal they have. After I completed by 21 days, I really miss it and the people! Highly recommend!
