I am a man who does not enjoy group exercise and I hate gyms. I usually work out at home but I don't push myself enough and the belly I have developed shows it. My girlfriend told me that Crave had a Groupon and suggested we try it together. (A nice way of telling me to lose weight.) I love my workouts at Crave. I became addicted after the first week. I accomplish more in the 30-minute workouts then I ever did in my hours lifting weights at home. Trainers really show that they care about what they do and enjoy it. They have all of the stations fully set up with good rotations. They make sure we warm up before a workout, and they explain all the exercises. They push you if you're slacking off and they tell you not to use weight or use a lighter weight if you're struggling. I am surprised at how much I enjoy the group exercise dynamics. You really feed off of each other's energy. I appreciate that they have a 5:30 AM class so I can work out before work. Because I schedule the class the night before it is easier to wake up at 5 AM instead of snoozing. Taryn, the owner is very friendly and personable, checking in with us to ensure we are enjoying our experience. I have definitely found my new workout.
