Amazing staff that really work with you and help you learn. They make the classes fun, and I love they mix in ab workouts at the end of kickboxing. Highly recommend!. Typically 24 but this location STAY crowded 24/7, it may sound strange but it's also way too much equipment to the Point where there's literally no floor room to do ground workouts when the room is taken by the classes.... more

Gym is clean. Equipment is usually open and available. However, I have had horrible customer service since I began my membership. I just moved to the area and I have chosen to ride a bike as my primary mode of transportation to save money.... more
I heard one employee cursing while talking to a senior client because the facility was about to close while some clients were still in the locker room. That one employee is very rude and unprofessional.... more
