Your customer service is awful. I have written to your billing company regarding reversal of charges due to Covid-19. I was hit with a $49.99 fee in addition to my monthly fees in a month your gym is CLOSED.... more
Typically 24 but this location STAY crowded 24/7, it may sound strange but it's also way too much equipment to the Point where there's literally no floor room to do ground workouts when the room is taken by the classes.... more
Gym is clean. Equipment is usually open and available. However, I have had horrible customer service since I began my membership. I just moved to the area and I have chosen to ride a bike as my primary mode of transportation to save money.... more
Honestly im very disappointed with this location. Everything is older and or don't work. It's hard to find a treadmill that works. Just the other day i almost fell from a machine and hurt myself.... more

It's clean, variety of machines.This is my gym and good workout place to workout..I have been with this club for 4 years. Some of the classes were good before. Now, some are getting lazy, after being the instructors there for a few years.... more
