Mitch is knowledgeable, highly skilled, no-nonsense and inspirational when it comes to health and fitness. He knows about nutrition, exercise, motivation and the stumbling blocks we each face on our journey to fitness. He knows how to accommodate all kinds of injuries to help you work on what you can, and strengthen the areas that are healing. I did both bootcamp and personal training and highly recommend him to anyone else looking to get healthier, stronger or both. And the community he builds within his client base is phenomenal. Talk about support - it's a wonderful group of folks to work with. Great to be in it together!
