They need a dress code and and the sauna need to be cleaned more often. Ladies beware of the locker room, everybody's taking pictures!!!
The equipment is great. Also the people and staff there are nice, they make you feel like family.

Excellent staff and well maintained equipment. Plenty of cardio and weight machines, free weights, racks, and benches available. Employees and patrons are friendly and positive.

I was a member under the former owners...many improvements and new machines since Rudy took over. Can't wait to get into the Boxing Training room as soon as my heart surgeon tells me it's O.K. (grin)

I wish the new owner cared more about customers! I'm really unhappy with this gym! It's ridiculously hot in there! It's usually 84-85 degrees! Plus it's filled with hot sweaty people. They hardly use the ac which is crazy! The girls at the front desk are very rude, the male employees are a little nicer. Lots of old equipment. The new owner spent a ton on changes that don't matter a lot instead of better equipment especially cables! I get my membership free as a city employee. We used to have a contract with inshape but they switched to just lift. Lots of us are unhappy and are going to complain because we are tired of it being so hot and the old equipment. I have friends that pay for their membership and they are unhappy as well! Charge more per month if you can't afford the ac!! I checked out fitrepublic and recognized half of the people there from just lift. Even some of their trainers were there!

Good, affordable, friendly Gym. Staff are nice. Personally met the owner when signing up, Great guy. I give it a 4 because i have only 2 issues, and that is some Lockers are broken & need fixing, And theres to much trash in the Sauna left behind by others. There needs to be a "Keep Clean"sign near to let people know to pickup after themselves.

Not the newest equipment in town but they have everything u need to workout, personalized training, excellent customer service, locally owned, and the hrs fit my needs. Locker room needs a little more cleaning.
My family and I signed up this week and we were very well taken care of. The owner is awesome and the staff was great. The gym had a make over and it is defiantly an improvement. I recommend JUST LIFT for anyone trying to better their bodies.

I was hopeful when this gym changed ownership but it still needs a lot of changes especially for the price when you compare it to inshape or fitness evolution. Some of the new equipment is crazy expensive that no one uses! He could have spent that money on better stuff. There's still old cables that need repair and lots of other old equipment. He spent way too much in big screen tvs. I don't go to the gym to watch tv. I go to work out. It's still really dirty and messy. Some of the trainers are really bad as well. Check out valleys gym in Visalia if you want to see what a gym should look like.
From what I've seen and heard it's a great place to go. Lots of friends and family love it there. I signed my husband up and he loves it.
This is a great an awesome gym, with a ton of equipment, great daycare. My daughter loves the play area which is motivation for me if I'm not feeling it, bc she asks daily if we can go. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is the water pressure and temp of the water fountains, and this is the biggest gym pet peeve of mine, disorganized weights. I have seriously thought about going in on a weekend with a labeler and organizing the dumbbells. Both of those conditions are super small things, unless you have compulsive tendancies, and I do. But I love working out more, and I love this gym.

They are improving everyday. The staff is awesome. The new owner really turned this place around.
New ownership plus taking pride on upgrading equipment and sprucing up the site with new paint scheme. My go to fitness gym to break a Sweat! Get in, get out and get it done. No complaints with customer service. Friendly personal trainers as well.
