When I'm visiting family here in town, my nephews take me here. Good little gym with good machines and weights. Clean and not stuffy.. The people here are very friendly and nice there's always somebody to help you when you need it and that is a big plus!! however, with the said I can't wait until the equipment is more updated for example .... more
Just wish it has a pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna.. Good equipment and spacious. Need to adjust with member increase/equipment increase as well.... more
lotta fun for the grand kiddos. I use to love this place but now not so much I hate the new area that you gotta sit in if you don't get a set outside of the glass room your screw and there only very little few chairs outside the glass room.... more
Literally the worst gym I have ever been to, if you want to workout in a well rounded establishment I highly recommend going to Fit Republic, or literally anywhere but here.. Today I had the window of my car broken, lack of security and lights in the parking lot of this gym.... more
