EXCELLENT equipment and coaching/staff to match. Plenty of comp kg plates and kettlebells, rowers, assault bikes, ROGUE rigs and medicine balls, TURF area, 2 restrooms, fire playlists, speed ropes, sandbags, tires, everything needed for CrossFit/functional fitness- except you, the athlete.... more
