This is by far the best corepower studio. The space is very clean and the instructors are experienced. The fact that they have a designated parking lot is icing on the cake.. I think Corepower provides a solid variety of classes and locations.... more
amazing don´t miss it.. I wish I lived closer to this location. While tucked away, it feels spacious inside and the CP 1.5 was a great class. I really enjoyed the instructor and the series was a great work out.... more
I will attend any class taught by Nicole at Point Loma. I love her energy and the fact that she always makes me feel welcome even though yoga is not my strong suit. The Sunday night Core Restore class with live music that she teaches is amazing.... more
