Very unprofessional gym. My daughter went in for a trial class. I liked that the class was small and the instructors seemed friendly. I filled out the form and asked if the owner could send an invoice to our ISP, who would be paying for my daughter's classes. I waited a week and heard nothing despite the fact that the classes would be starting soon and the website warning that classes were filling fast. I called and spoke with the owner, again asking her to email an invoice so we could pay and get my daughter enrolled. She asked why I could not do it. Um, I don't make the invoices for your studio, maybe? I tried to explain, it is really simple. She already had the email address. She said she would do it. Again, I heard nothing for a week. After calling twice with no response and finally sending an email through the website, I got a response that they could not take care of individual needs (whatever that means!) and that the classes were full!! This is 3 weeks after trying to get her enrolled and waiting on signing her up elsewhere. The amount of time it took to write that snarky email was longer than emailing a simple invoice would have taken. She also presumed to know our financial situation and suggested many times that we pay for it ourselves. Every professional place that we have dealt with has not had a problem emailing an invoice so that our child could be enriched by their program. Everyone except Cartwheel Factory. I guess they aren't really a factory after all. We will take our daughter and money elsewhere. Very rude and unaccomodating.
