My daughter stopped going to the swimming lesson with official notification because of their poor quality of program. They promised me that they would refund the payment I paid as soon as possible. I haven't received it since May, 2018. I realized that there are two more people in the same situation as me. Ms. Lee, Ms. Kim., Ms. Cruz and all other swimming class staff members, stop lying to parents just to earn money. Your unethical behavior will destroy your own business.
Walked in for the first time with my family to go in the pool and couldn't get passed the horrible smell of mildew in the family bathroom.... And considering it's a family bathroom mainly cuz of the kids... Why is the hazard box in there full of needles smh... But mainly it was filthy we left to go to the other YMCA... Clean up that bathroom it's unsanitary

Horrible payment process, if you miss your payment the next time you go in you still have to pay full price for that month, even if it is a new month.

The customer service excellent and we have lots of fun at the pool but family room is always dirty!

Excellent staff nice,polite excellent customer service,lifeguards are excellent persons,Chavez has helped my kids a lot in learning how to swim.
