I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE ..on any level. They dont have any consistency . they say they open at 5am the guy who opens strolls up at 530am . The boxing instructors switched 4 times before I decided i was done this place. This is not a gym by any means. There are ton of kids, and parents , this is not what you see on tv. Do yourself a favor, take your money and give it to anyone else, or buy yourself a mat and work out at home. just do not waste your money here. We were members for a year. our payment was 56.00 for one person, and during that time.. we didn't anything out of it. nor was this a friendly environment. no one cares, the instructors dont last and even the people at the front desk, leave just as quick as they are hired.

Be warned. I was about to sign up when I read their yelp reviews. Apparently canceling is impossible and they will not refund your money when they over charge. Management is rude and unprofessional after you sign that membership agreement. If your situation gets serious with them be warned that corporate cannot help you because these are privately owned establishments. I still tried to give them the benifit of the doubt but when I voiced my concerns they were ignored. Very disappointing.

it's bigger than most other locations, by a lot. and not a lot of people go to weight lift, so the squat rack and bench is always open
