I LOVE this place!! Push Bootcamps is my happy place!! I've been going for 5 months, lost over 20 pounds, and gained muscles and friends!! If you're looking for a challenage this is the place! The workouts are a mixture of CrossFit, bootcamp style and H.I.I.T! Which I LOVE!!! Bring water and your PMA (positive mental attitude) and be prepared for some fun challenging gym time that if also friendly and effective! Great trainers, great place; thank you Nick and Drew for being great workout leaders!
