PUSH Bootcamps is an amazing, fun place to get fit! The trainers here are highly skilled and always motivating. I've been going for over two years and see results in my athletic performance; in the mirror; on the scale; and with my lifts. This gym helped me to pass a PAT for a law enforcement agency and has helped me to gain muscle mass and strength. I love the owner, Nick; he makes you feel like a valued member of the gym and his workouts are consistently fun and challenging. The atmosphere is outstanding and the other members help to create an experience that makes you want to go back. I absolutely love this place and look forward to more and more people coming to PUSH themselves to get in shape!!!

I LOVE this place!! Push Bootcamps is my happy place!! I've been going for 5 months, lost over 20 pounds, and gained muscles and friends!! If you're looking for a challenage this is the place! The workouts are a mixture of CrossFit, bootcamp style and H.I.I.T! Which I LOVE!!! Bring water and your PMA (positive mental attitude) and be prepared for some fun challenging gym time that if also friendly and effective! All the coaches are great,especially coach Nick he keeps everyone motivated and gives us pointers throughout the session. Some days we're totally worn out but it's worth it.Always bringing something new as a challenge and Free days brings in a great crowd, new people signing up all the time . I just want to say how grateful I am for this program. I have been with this program off and on for almost 2 years and it's amazing how much the classes have grown. This program is not for the weak but for the determined. You will need to be ready for anything because everyday is different. You will hurt and it will be hard to sit on a toilet at the beginning lol. Everyday I go I think, am I going to be able to get through this very short 30 minutes? YES!!!
I started on my weight loss adventure 3 years ago and after a year i lost about 30lbs with a pretty strict diet but I just felt stuck there. I couldn't loss anymore weight and I didn't have any energy whatsoever. I started to look into possibly joining a gym and/or seeing what other options I have. I came across this program on Facebook so I signed up determined for change; a more stronger and healthier me is what I was out for. I have lost an additional 40lbs since I started. I'm still that Mom that enjoys a cupcake or 5 but I know that come 5:30am Nick is going to push me as hard as I can go and I love it.
I've been with push for about 8 months now. Joining push was the best decision I've ever made. I was 180lb when I started and I was so out of shape. I'm not going to lie the first couple of weeks were my hardest due to how out of shape I was but I stuck with it I was determined I did as much as I was able to do and every time I went back I pushed myself to do more and I continue to push myself to do better everyone in the class is supportive we all support one another and push each other to do our very best. I would definitely recommend push bootcamps to anyone who is looking to get fit and lose weight. But it does take a lot of determination and hard work and not everyone is at the same Fitness level and no one judges you for what you can and can't do I know when I first started that was one of my concerns. So if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff push is a great place.
I started working out here in April 2017, within 4 months not only did I lose 30lbs with their diet and work out program but my flabby mom body started building muscle and firming up! This is the BEST workout I have ever done and that shows the most improvement in the shortest amount of time! Whether you are 300 lbs or 100 lbs, everyone can do this workout at their own pace.
When I first started I thought it was great because I never work out in a high intensity atmosphere. Then I realize the trainer didn't even bother to show how to do the exercises , you would have to follow the other people. After a month or so my knees started killing me and I asked the trainer what other workout can I do instead of lunges he never had the time or the willing to adjust my workout. They're whole motive is money and they lie to you when they say there's no attach, that you can quit whenever you want. I signed a contract that said month to month, and that you can cancel giving them time notice. So I trusted them. A month after I decided to cancel they wouldn't cancel my contract unless I payed for a whole year ($360). By california law they should cancel for medical reasons which I presented. But they refused. By civil law they should cancel because they contract leads to confusion but nothing. I wouldn't recommended to anyone because they don't care about their costumers. The pictures they have are old. So be careful there's a lot of other bootcamps or gyms that offer more than them $30 for only 30 minutes and 3 times a days is nothing. Make sure you research. Even big companies cancel contracts by just charging you one month and that's it. What comes around comes back around.
I am definitely out of shape and was looking for a push. Program describes as for beginners and moms, individualized to push each person, monitored constantly through heart monitor. Got to Fresno site with a friend who works out consistently and experienced a one size fits all race of a heavy duty workout. CLOVIS trainer was right, you will throw up (literally). Both of us did and neither completed the workout.
Not what I expected and not what I'm even close to able to meaningfully participate in even at a strong push and desire. Going to sign up for a gym with trainer sessions. Waiting to hear about refund- though the contract didn't seem clear the thirty day cancellation seems tricky. Will update or clear review if it doesn't work out that way. Good luck! Those that can do this are my heroes...

I love this place! Nick the owner really cares about your weightloss goals and he helps you get on track. I go 3x a week and workout for 30 intense mins. Been there a month and I've already lost 20 pounds!!
My wife's been attending for a few weeks and loves it. They have classes early in the morning for people that work early.

Seeing these girls 4 days a week has been a truely possitive benefactor in my life. Its all about helping eachother, whatever it takes.
