This yoga studio has found a place in my heart from day one. I've taken many classes here, and every time I go, I'm reminded of the goodness in people. I tend to be nostalgic and this place reminds me of where I grew my roots in the practice, a place that's warm and welcoming where the staff remember who I am and treat me like a friend. This place has a warm and cozy vibe to it that welcomes a personal opening that's not common among many other places I've been to. The teachers are knowledgeable and push me to dig deeper into my practice. It truly is a place for a beginner as well as an advancing practitioner. Kudos to Des and the crew that make that possible. It was my first time doing Yoga and the instructor was amazing! The people at the front were warm and welcoming, and the studio was so cute. The instructor was soothing, helpful, patient, encouraging, positive, creative, and absolutely adorable. I never thought I'd enjoy the slow pace of it, but she made it eventful and worthwhile. I'll be going back again with my lack of flexibility body. :)

If you have ever wanted to try yoga, come to OTY. From the minute you walk in the door, someone will greet you. Whether its Chloe, the front desk admin, or one of the awesome yoga teachers, you always feel welcome. All the yogis are friendly and I feel that's a result of the atmosphere you feel from the moment you walk in the studio. You will be guided through a safe and challenging workout. The instructors are all well trained and knowledgeable. Thank OTY and Desiree for creating a dream and allowing me to connect with myself again!

This studio is conveniently located in Clovis. Two blocks from the hotel I'm in and surrounded by plenty of restaurants for post yoga eats. Crystal welcomed me to her class in this very clean and well appointed studio. The class was challenging and well led. There were plenty of adaptations presented for all levels of experience. I left feeling relaxed after sweating out some serious tension. I'll definitely be visiting again.

I love this yoga studio. It's better than I expected and close to home. Great beginner class and advanced classes. I wish there were more 830am classes available.
