Excellent coaching staff, especially Chino. He is a 5 star instructor and the best Jiu Jitsu coach I have worked with. He is also a really amazing person as well as a coach. I will not be able to workout here anymore due to moving locations, but I would recommend tgis location to anyone looking to learn how to fight or just get fit.

Great gym good ppl highly recommend for anybody be looking to get in shape learn self defense or compete in mama, jujitsu, or boxing.
Great for ppl looking for something to do.

I study jiu jitsu here. The staff is great. The price works for all the classes and disciplines. Full scale mma. You will get a workout like you have never had before and it is actually fun.
