My experience with the Residence Inn, pertains to their cancellation policy. I had an emergency situation and had to cancel my room reservation last minute. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a breeze to cancel my reservation. The manager and the staff went above and beyond in handling the situation. It took the stress off of me, during a stressful situation. I highly recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Great value! This is such a convenient location for traveling. Although the facility could use some renovation and general maintenance, everything was functional. The rooms are spacious and accommodate all of your needs. Pool area could use some TLC and monitoring.

When I got my room it appears clean but, I always investigate. There was a used tampon under the bed. And hairs all over the sheets which I didn't realize until I actually laid down.
The room I got was a studio and it was nicely sized. Like a studio apartment so it's very comfortable for extended stay.
The soap, shampoo, and conditioner that they provide attached to the shower wall was basically empty. Which was a disappointment if it's your first day or night and didn't have time to pick up your own necessities.. lucky there's and Walmart a few miles down the road.
They provide breakfast in the morning which was okay. Get there pretty early there's always a line for the waffle maker (:
The staff. Oh boy oh boy they are a mixed bag. Depending on the time of day. Some employees will go above and beyond and some will not care in the slightest and hang up on you and leave you on hold for the longest time.

The staff remembered us from the previous visit, always a plus! They always give great service, which is why we will continue to stay here. Rooms are clean and spacious. All appliances are up to date and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast could improve by having healthier choices but that goes for any Residence Inn in which we've stood overnight. Overall the hotel is quietly tucked away, surrounded by trees that offer ample pricvacy and remind you that you're only miles away from the Sequoia National Park.

Let me start by saying the staff was amazing. It took a lot to stand out at this hotel because everything was great but they really did. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The room itself was very clean and nice and the mattress on the folding bed was very comfortable. They serve breakfast and it was above average. I'll be in Fresno a lot and this is my hotel now.

The area is middle nowhere to walk around and shop have to hope in a car and get stuff. Not busy with traffic. The shower are nice but three pump body for soap in the shower.

Staff was amazingly helpful, but our room had the dirtiest comfortor I had ever seen in a hotel. Staff changed it immediately. They honored my wife's reward status and gave us late checkout without a probelm.

It is a superb experience coming here, it's a very friendly environment for families. I love the fact that it is set up like a home away from home. We were able to make oven baked lasagna in our own hotel, how cool is that!

This was one of the nicest residence inns I've stayed at. The room was great, the only thing I didn't like was the firmness of the mattress, it was much too hard for me.

Room was a different price than advertised. A lot of dogs. People walking their dogs around the hallways walking them outside poop on the doormat. We stayed two days. The second day our room mysteriously started smelling like dog. Should be called the dog Residence Inn. I understand their pet friendly but I never seen that many dogs in a hotel before my life. The most I've ever seen in a hotel with one dog I seen 10 here stop counting after that. If you got a dog and don't mind your room smelling like dog this is the place for you.

Nice stay....decent size rooms. Cute fireplace in our room. Breakfast was included which was a good bonus. The in room shampoo and conditioner smelled great!

Excellent experience. Great staff, courteous, professional, helpful, friendly. Great breakfast offered with variety of choices for everyone. Fresh fruit choices. Coffee better than Starbucks. Clean rooms. Easy access to rooms via elevators if needed. Swimming pool picturesque. Very quiet, our room faced reservoir with many wildlife species to watch. Freeway accessible.

Great place for extended stays. 1 bedroom suites are the best value. Small but very functional rooms. Free internet and free breakfast (just ok). If better breakfast, 5 star rating. Overall, great family environment and good customer service.

Nice hotel. Has two bedroom suites which are very nice if you are bringing the family. Decent breakfast, but can be very crowded and space can be limited. Nice outdoors eating area and a grill is provided if you want to use it. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating.
