I am in the second week of my first challenge and so far my experience has been phenomenal. They provide you with a very specific plan to follow that is completely doable. The trainers are friendly but firm, they push you to do your personal best and correct you on form when you need it. The workouts are only 50 minutes and they are always different, you will never do the same workout twice. Best of all they are FUN, and everyone motivates each other. I highly recommend The Camp to anyone looking to lose weight and or get in shape.
