Only ok. Awkward transition into poses. Not a very welcoming studio. Definitely will not be back.

Audrey is an excellent teacher and motivator. Classroom is clean and well ventilated. The equipment and props are in close to new condition. This is the place to go to learn how yoga positions are done correctly and where the teacher keeps an eye on you Friendly atmosphere too!!
