Great instructors. You leave all the classes confident in what you just learned.
I attended an general seminar this weekend and it was an incredible experience. All the instructors were very professional, genuine, and quite frankly to the point. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the semindar itself was very educational. Towards the end they asked for feedback for where they could make improvements in their classes and I admired their humble attitude. I look forward to coming back in the future!

I have been attending classes at Fresno School of Self Defense for only a few months, and have already gotten in better physical shape and feel much more confident in my ability to defend myself. I enjoy the fast pace of the classes and the team atmosphere that they foster- everyone is very friendly and fun to be around! Self-defense is a great confidence booster and stress reliever. I always leave class feeling refreshed!
I never wanted to be a martial artist. I did want to get in shape and felt like working out in a gym was just pure vanity. I wanted my workouts to come with some useful life skills.
Enter, Fresno School of Self Defense.
This is the ultimate two-fer. It is an intense work out (and then some). It's also drilling valuable self-defense skills (grappling, striking, weapon use) into the subconscious.
Recommended? Yes.
I attended the self defense class for runners and I had a great experience. The instructors were knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. I learned and practiced techniques I felt would be very useful and realized how unprepared I was to defend myself. I already signed up for their next seminar so I can continue practicing and feeling more confident with the techniques.
