Nice and affordable gym for everyone. Plenty of parking available any time. Good things about this gym is 24 hours.

Great for beginning or intermediate lifters. Good price too. Don't get pizza or bagels while you're here, and actually work out instead of just taking pictures/chatting and you'll see good results.

I took a tour of the Planet Fitness facility today and was greeted by a friendly smile. Juliette was very personable. She took the time to explain how some of the equipment worked and informed of the workout classes available along with the awesome Spa area. She also explained the membership options after the tour.
I was very impressed with how clean and spacious the facility was -- especially the women's locker room area.
I will definitely be back tomorrow, ready to join and ready to work out!
I would highly recommend this facility to those also seeking a great place to workout!

I have had the best experience at Planet Fitness on W Shaw in Fresno. I am enjoying the workout regimen. The thing that l like the most is the professional attitude of the staff. Chris Ember is the reason I come to the gym 4-5 times a week. Not bad for an old guy!!! Chris explains things in a professional way with a friendly smile. Time for a workout.

I didnt think I would like this place.. Love this place and the trainers.. Chris #1 and #2. Worked out hard with Chris #2 yesterday ..a little sore but feels good. You get what you put into it.

First time member and I had a great time. The employee gave me a mini tour and showed my how things work. He went beyond to make me and my sister feel comfortable. Will be comimg back every day. Thanks :)

I dont normally do reviews but I just wanted to point out the snobby young girls that work there. Rude and have an attitude .
The only two workers that are friendly are the white boy with blonde hair and the huskey guy.
Beside that I would recommend social and customer service training asap

I had a very nice time with my daughter in law and grand daughter.
We only was able to to ride on the bikes, but it was very pleasant and relaxing, and quite there.
Thank you Shannon and Felecity for inviting me to the gym.

This is by far the best Planet Fitness in town.Everybody is super helpful and friendly.I have been going since this location first opened and it keeps getting better and better!The staff goes out of thier way to my make me feel comfortable and attend to my needs.I will keep on going to this location as my prime gym.Thank you Shaw Planet Fitness!By the way,if you're Iooking for a gym with 'roided bodybuilders or are looking for a singles' "pick up" gym,you may be bitterly disappointed(just read any random negative reviews).If you wanna just go in,work out and get out this gym is for you!

My Husband and I just start coming to this gym a month ago we love it. Best time to go is Thursday-Sunday. It's less busy.

Gym floor is nice, good variety of equipment. However in the past 3 months I've watched the restrooms go from bad to worse, the overnight staff seems to spend more time in the massage beds rather than doing their job and keeping the gym clean. The Hispanic girl who walks the floor like she's the Gm of the world is horrible, apon my sign up she was rude with no manners, she has a horrible attitude and does nothing in the morning. Also your female staff needs to learn the rules when it comes to walking into a men's locker room. Honestly I'm not sure how this gym hasn't been sued yet. Stop worrying so much about a backpack and start doing more for your members.

3) temperature is well controlled in the middle to the gym, but it gets a bit stuffy closer to the walls - there are big overhead fans circulating the air;
4) clientele is just average working people, no "gymtimidation";
5) it's relatively clean, people respectfully wipe after themselves about 60% of the time;
6) it's open 24/7 - you have no excuse not going.
The One location contract is pretty straightforward: $10 a month, $39 once a year charge, and a sign up fee (ranges from $1 during a promotion to $29 full price). The highest you will spend $15.67 per month averaged out (with $29 sign up fee), and the lowest - $13.33 ($1 sign up fee). In any case, this is affordable. To break a one year contract, you are required to pay $58.

I just started taking the classes in January. I started with the 30 minute workout at 5:30 PM. Then I added the abs and core at 6 PM. Now I am also doing the PF-360 at 6:30. Perry Moreno is such an encouraging trainer and has taken me to a fitness level that I never thought I would be.

I have been to a number of gyms, but I really like this gym. The people are friendly. I go to 3 of the classes held by Perry Moreno. 30 minute workout at 5:30, the Abs & Core at 6pm, PF-360 at 6:30. Perry is very encouraging & motivating. I wish there were more trainers like him.

Yes, the gym is nice, but the staff is horrible. I'm usually the chillest person, and I don't write reviews on staff unless I had a bad experience. At this location, I have had multiple bad experiences. When you have issues with your account, usually gyms are very helpful in resolving them, but not the folks at this specific planet fitness location. Also, Planet Fitness has the dumbest rules (no wearing tank tops, no carrying gallon water, no this no that). Basically you can't workout in peace here at your own comfort without staff getting in your face. Also, there are no free weights. The worst thing is, the staff selectively and randomly enforces rules. If you want piece of mind, go to another gym.

I am extremely impressed with the overall facility of Planet Fitness on West Shaw. From the moment I check in, I am pleasantly greeted and encouraged to have a great workout! The staff are all so very friendly and helpful. I really like the classes that are offered! They are well organized! The cleanliness is very important to me! Great variety of machines and free weights. Love the fact that a trainer will assist if needed! The atmosphere is very stressless and non-intimidating, and that is important to me. I love the fact that the restrooms are well maintained! The hydro massagers and massage loungers are a bonus after a great workout! Great place to meet great people! I love the atmosphere. Becoming a member was a great choice, and I know the outcome will produce positive results!

Very clean gym! Very professional staff! Love going and not feeling intimidated. A big thank you to The trainer Emilio for being very helpful with workouts definitely enjoy his classes. Also the rest of the staff Nae and Stephanie being so friendly when walking in and the Manager Andrew who always addresses any issues or questions i have had. Over all amazing place to be definitely a place where champions are made. Thanks guys! Recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get where they want to be.

They don't really go out of their way to notify new members of all of the services there, they also have horrible customer service when it comes to cancelling your membership. If I could give them a below 1 star I would. I do not recommend them for someone looking to find a nice place to work out

Had Horrible experience at this location the manager Andrew so unprofessional and rude! He has Zero customer handling experience I was charged ridiculous fees for the service Iv never used....didn't even treat me right while charging me....think twice before you signed their membership. I won't stop till I make sure all the people I know stay away from this location!

I recently switched from "Fitness Evolution" (Fig Garden loop) to Planet Fitness and found this gym has easily surpassed my former gym in many aspects. There's a wide variety of equipment that's well maintained and importantly clean!
Being that's it's 24 hours you can easily skip the "peak times" and that's ways a plus especially if you work late hours, the staff is profession and courteous, and not to mention the assortment of massage options available in the "black card spa".
My only minor issue is that the free weight dumbbells only go up to 75 lbs, it'd be nice if it went up to at least 100. But aside from that issue check out this great gym soon.

I love this place. They have shampoo in the shower, they are impeccable about their bathrooms being clean and their staff is super friendly. Great place for fitness.
