Manoj Ji is a very experienced yoga practitioner and his yoga studio provides a holistic yoga experience.
I have attended his regular yoga classes and workshop and they are provide good experience. He also shares his knowledge during the sessions to engage you in a positive way. He is very personable and is willing to provide personal attention to the members.
Highly recommended!
