To the owner of Xplore Yoga in Newark : this is my own experience of service provided by front desk guy on 09/26/2019 who made my sign in to noon class imposiible and intimidating . Please do not try to challange me with reminder of 6000 + satisfied costumers walking through your studio - I was for a short time one of them till today . When I purchased your trial class period I did not expect I MUST keep my phone with loaded app in order to sign / attend yoga . This was not a problem till today ? Man at front desk provided not so friendly costumer service and challange me because I did not have my cell phone with uploaded ap
so is this your only way to sign into class ? I do not wish necessary to carry my phone rvery single timevwhen I have a bit time to relax from stressful week .Why you demending I had to upload your aps in order to take a class ? Cannot I give my name or phone number or if requierd show my driver licence to sign into purchased trial period classess? So far Googles reviews do not reflect you are 5 star or neither 4 star buissnes . I want to give ; however, credit to wounderful teacher of gantle yoga class I recently attended on Sundays - fantastic and kind just complete oposite of service this man provided today . He made me feel very unwelcome and because of him I will never come back again to this studio . I am glad you still have your 6000+ satisfied clients , not me though ....
