This gym is the best! It's everything a gym should be. Good vibes, amazing energy, great people. The coach puts awesome energy into what he does. After having a baby, I should go back to lose the weight. I will most definitely be putting my son to train there.

This gym sucks. Owner takes your money and provides very little of any instruction. Too many kids there and only him to instruct. He basically sat around and talked most of the time and spent 5 minutes with my son. Itsa ripoff. Go someplace where they charge a little more but actually provide instruction.
