Joined in October to get in shape for my recruitment for the army. The trainer was able to prepare me for boot camp. Great trainer, I was able to reach my goal in order to get fit rather quickly.

I highly recommend this gym! I've been attending Mr. Rodgers workout classes for a year and he is by far one of the best Trainers that I have encountered. He is extremely dedicated to his practice and always makes my workouts enjoyable and challenging. The workouts has me feeling accomplished every class that I attend.

I love the variety of exercises that the trainer puts me through each one on one session and I am motivated throughout my sessions. I was able to get the results that I wanted within in 6 months. Mr. Rodgers truly cares about his clients and their business and it shows every time I walk in the door. I highly recommend this gym.

Mr Rodgers Personal Training is by far my favorite place to train in the Inland Empire.They deliver quality service, and helped me reach my goals in time for my wedding day.

I started training with Mr Rodgers Training in 2015. His workouts are fit for all fitness levels which I came in as a beginner. The trainer is very knowledge and encouraging without the yelling. Because he pushes me to my limits; I have been with Mr Rodgers Training for 3 years. I have lost over 7% of body fat and gain lean muscle and I'm still there to maintain my body. Working out is a lifestyle for me now. I am glad that I joined Mr Rodgers Training... Don't hesitate joining he makes it fun to workout plus the Challenges that he has throughout the year is a plus.... I am very happy with his services....

I have had Mr. Rodgers as my trainer for 3 years. I found this trainer to be serious about his business, and physical fitness. Mr Rodgers is very creative in the workout, and is never boarding, always a good workout. He knows how to target different areas of your body to sculpt it and have you looking awesome. When I started with Mr. Rodgers, I was looking to just lose weight. Not only did I lose weight, I loss body fat, gained muscles, endurance, and strength. I learn how to eat healthy, and how to maintain my body weight. Mr. Rodgers has a heart to always want what's best for the client to become healthier and feel good. I will be forever grateful to him for my life has been lengthened because of the care that his business offers.

Great place and very knowledgeable trainer, Sean was very welcoming. I lost 5lbs my first week, meal plan was included with training. I would highly recommend.

"I started training with Sean in mid January. I was looking for a trainer to help me reach short term and long term weight loss goals, getting married in April I didn't have much time! After a long conversation on the phone with Sean about my goals, we got to work! He assured me that we would see results and has motivated me since day 1. Now, we are about 8 weeks in to our workouts and I have surpassed my goal of 20 pounds! Most importantly,  my overall health and energy levels are through the roof! Much needed when I work a very demanding job and planning a wedding in another continent! 

Sean is professional, thorough, and knows his stuff.  He keeps me focused on my goals of losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle. He also has been very helpful in scheduling our workouts around my work schedule, very important to stay on track. 

I highly recommend Mr. Rodgers Personal Training to anyone looking for one on one training. He checks in with me daily and shows me he really cares about my fitness plan. 

Now, we have a new goal set and I look forward to training with him for years to come!!
