Clean, roomy, and relaxing. Great equipment and the staff I've met were all courteous and knowledgable. Worth the cost.

Great place lots of machines. Maybe should spend more time here then i do now but if ur lookn for a nice spot to work out this is it.

I went there to sign up for their promotion that I'd heard about on the radio. The outcome was amazing. The manager was VERY kind and helpful and the young lady was very informative. The end result, I signed up. They have a lot of perks and the fact that they are open 24 hours is GREAT. Thank you guys so much for the positive experience.

The customers service is bad. It was my first week and people are lounging and texting on machines . I tried to do the 30 minute station and people won't respect the instructions posted. The gym personnel didn't help when I asked assistance so I could finish the circuit. I asked for a manager and she still didn't help. I'm frustrated with the service and lack of equipment availability due to people resting on it. You get what you pay for. Not worth it.

The membership fee is low. Has all the equipment I need for my fitness needs. Great place to workout for anyone. Sal is very helpful, any questions u have I would suggest you ask for him.

This is literally the worst gym I've ever been too! Most of the employees lack of good customer service! The workout machine are always out of service, padding on them is ripped. The Hydromassage beds never work. I'm pretty much done with this gym starting today! I recommend that you look elsewhere for a gym...

Lots of machines and weights. Really clean gym and friendly staff. Really affordable compared to other gyms. You get a bang for your buck

To the owner, why haven't you done anything about the clock it's been off for over a year now. Soap dispensers are often empty. Bikes are all missing straps. Mirror has been broken over a week now, let's see how long it takes to fix that. Equipment needs to be checked periodically and repaired which is not happening in a timely manner. For example, I was moving a bench and cut my leg with the jagged adjustment post because it's missing the end cap. Matter of fact, they all are. You need to maintain the gym and the equipment to maintain its integrity. At this point the only real good thing is the price and friendly staff.

horrible. the showers are a joke. they're too small to move or turn around in, and even if you could there's no water pressure. you can get more water out of a spray bottle. this is not a real gym. those showers are just ornamental. scum and mold running up all the walls. there's paper towels thrown on the floor everywhere. the equipment is never cleaned. there's no fans or AC in the workout area but, there was a steady cold breeze blowing on me while I was trying to take a shower with almost no water. just shut it down.

I don't understand the 5 stars people have given this place. This facility is at the most a 2 stars. The staff are lazy and disinterested every time I walk in. I've commented on the cleanliness of the place and they pretty much shrug their shoulders and told me there was disinfecting spray bottles. Pretty much telling me if I don't like it clean it myself.
The place is filthy! I go mostly in the early morning and the trash cans are full, no cleanser in the bottles, the mats are all a mess. It seems like the only cleaning this place gets is when customers wipe down the equipment after use and not everyone does that. GROSS! Scared of getting a staph infection.
I used to belong to LAfitness I only switched for the convenience but regret it.
Yes the membership at PF is inexpensive, but that's not a reason to give it's customers such poor quality. What a shame. Thinking of going back to LA fitness. Not even worth $10.

I really like this gym because its cheap, local, and 24 hours. I dont expect too much out of the gym being that its a low price but being a black card member I really enjoy it. I stay to myself anyway just doing simple cardio and weights then leave. Sometimes if I want to bring my husband with me I can.

How am I supposed to get lit while lifting if I can't grunt and groan the entire time. Also there looks like there's more space to lift and more weights but it's a small corner with 2 benches and no actual benchpress just a Smith machine. If you don't mind paying to use a treadmill or stair climber go for it. Thing is you can walk outside for free

Staff is very helpful and friendly; especially the girl that showed me around. I wish I remembered her name but she was a sweetheart. I love how everything is set up and doesn't intimidate you. I even built up a simple routine starting with cardio, then light weight lifting and some ab work followed by a massage from the hydro-massage table at the end. I joined at the perfect time where I get everything for $20 a month. One of the best decisions I've made all year and I can go at anytime!
