After trying out several martial arts gyms in the area, I went with Double Dose because their coaches were outstanding, and the atmosphere was encouraging and challenging. I was instantly won over and joined on the spot. Go DDMT!

I've been taking classes at Double Dose since September and I absolutely love it. Their staff is incredible and they always do their best to help build you up in any way they can. They make sure the curriculum is easy to follow and is always fun. The staff will always make sure to teach you clean and crisp techniques which makes it easier to learn later on. I absolutely recommend this gym to anyone of any age looking to get fit and learn self defense. You won't regret it!

One of the best decisions I've made in my life. Double Dose Muay Thai is a amazing facility, and is extremely clean. You will not only learn traditional Muay Thai, but discipline, and moral codes which will remind you daily of your life goals, and a constant reminder of your direction in life. Its not just a Martial Arts School, It's a family.
