This studio is the perfect place to learn and practice Pilates. The instructors are excellent. Try a mixed equipment class for some variety.

The Pilates Twist, in Folsom, is an absolutely fabulous studio with a variety of excellent and experienced instructors. I have tried other Pilates studios and this studio is superior to all the others
