Dr Tinsley has helped me with so much. I'm a runner, weight trainer, have a desk job and had a baby a few years ago. I first came to her to just check in-I had no noticeable symptoms, but figured I some underlying imbalances going on given my lifestyle. Aside from locating 30yr old scar tissue in my ankle from softball and rehabilitating it, Dr T has helped me fully recover from pregnancy and C-section, turning all of my core muscles back on and correcting imbalances. She also kept me going through training for Eppies Great Race and getting back into weight training. Whenever an injury would start showing up, she would release the appropriate muscles and within 4 days, the pain was gone and I was able to continue training throughout it. She focuses not only on your overall wellbeing, but keeps you in the activities you want to do. Through nutrition and a healthy cleanse program (not one where you are starving) I feel so much better. I can't say enough good things about Dr T and Applied Kinesiology. I've been to chiropractors before and have benefitted, but never as much as with Dr T. She gets results, doesn't crack your joints, and doesn't require you to come in3x/week. She gets results that are long lasting!

After my open heart surgery I was weak, tired and light headed, my cardiologist could not help me, so I decided to get a 2nd opinion, I went to see Dr T, after a thorough Chiropractic Applied Kinesiology exam and adjustment I could breath again, I didn't know my ribs were stiff and stuck, I felt a big relief when I was able to take a deep breath! Then Dr T recommended a full blood-work analysis, my blood-work revealed that I had lost a lot of blood during surgery, which made me anemic and have high blood sugar with other concerns, Dr T with her talent in functional medicine, gave me complete nutritional recommendations, and now I am back baby!
