Rob helped me recover after my rotator cuff surgery. Being an athlete I have had my fair share of injuries and physical therapy. Foot, ankle, knee, shoulder , hand and wrist. I am now a senior and he has helped me with balance and stretching. Rob is the best of the best. He has helped my wife and friends as well. I would not go to any else if I needed therapy. I have used Rob as my bike fitter for a number of years and he is a true expert in the field. Any time I change bikes or change position, I always have him help fine tune the fit. Highly recommended.
