I recently moved to Folsom & was looking for a place to lose baby-weight. After reading the reviews online, I decided to give Superwomen Boot Camp a try. Now I'm hooked on SBC (Superwomen Boot Camp)!
Here are some things that set Superwomen Boot Camps apart and why you should also give SBC a try today! Your first class is always FREE, so there's no reason *not* to try.
* FRIENDLY: Val (the owner & main trainer) sets a friendly vibe throughout SBC. At first, I was a little weary of being an "outsider" of the close-nit SBC community. But all the women were very friendly & I soon felt like a part of the family.
* INDOOR: Other bootcamps in the area are at local paks, which is subject to weather. You can reliably show up to SBC even when it's raining. However, this doesn't keep Val from doing cardio drills with occasional jogging (or walking for non-runners).
* ACCOUNTABILITY: During your first month (and even afterwards), Val does weekly weigh-ins at the end of each week. This allows you to see your progress!
* PROFESSIONAL: Before having my baby, I worked 10+ years in the fitness industry (teaching aerobics/Pilates/spinning/etc). As a fitness professional, I can vouch that Val is the real-deal. He knows how to kick your butt, but also provide safe alternatives for various fitness levels & injuries.
* NOT JUST EXERCISE, ALSO NUTRITION. Val explains that a bad diet can sabotage your workouts...so he provides some nutritional guidance to get the best results.
* RESULTS! Val helps you get results! This is obvious by the before/after pictures that line his Wall of Fame.
* FITNESS FOR WHOLE FAMILY! They have co-ed (Supermen) and kid (Super-Kidz) versions too....not just, Superwomen for the women.
