I started FBBC in January, hesitant to sign up because I didn't know if my job was going to send me abroad on assignment, or I was going to move from the Vacaville area. Mark assured me I could cancel at anytime, so I signed up. The classes are great if you need that extra mentorship on workouts. In my opinion, you can find these workouts online on any HIIT YouTube channel. Nonetheless, my job sent me abroad, so I put my membership on hold. They released the hold this month, and I had completely forgot I was still signed up for FBBC. I called to cancel and Mark said that he could waive next months fee, but not this months $97, even though I had not attended any classes for 4 months. He said I have to give a 30 day notice before they charge my card. My job is sending me abroad again, how was I suppose to know I wouldn't be in the area? There should be exceptions to the supposed rule, for emergency's or a move.
