I absolutely love having my black card and being able to travel and go wherever I want and still be able to use my gym membership. If you get a membership anywhere here at Planet Fitness would be the very best option.

After 40 years of contracting I have abused my body significantly and of had to have 6 major knee and shoulder operations in the last 6 years it has been 2 and a 1/2 years since I was able to work and a bit intimidated about going back to a gym and starting from the bottom with the guys that are all pumped up and show and off but planet fitness is really different you can go in there and do at your own pace what you can and nobody is there to judge you it is a clean and well organized gym plenty of machines huge workout area with lots of orthopedic and health machines to get you back into shape I'm hoping this will regain some of my strength and I will still have a few years left of work before I am forced to retire I highly recommend them

Very clean, equipment is always available. I love the massage beds and the beauty bed. I ditched my expensive membership at another local gym. Planet meets all my needs.

I just spoke to one of the representing that works very nice and polite looking for a gym with a pool and she suggested another gym which I thought was as very helpful for me it seems the people there are very humble,helpful and want you to succeed in your goals! I can see why the high rating if the had a pool I would be member In heartbeat well thanks for leading me on the right direction!!!!!!!

My locker, as well as someone else, was broken into. My keys were stolen, nobody was out front to stop the person. Awful, I hate this place. You are not safe at this gym, your keys and wallet are not safe. Steer clear of this place.

2 star based on the fact they don't even enforcer the rules it says no bags on the floor or no one gallon or above water bottles and I see plenty of people have them and employees just walk right past them and dont say anything also they allow bums and homeless people to linger outside the establishment just a bad look overall. But the price is very good for a gym. Clean wise pretty clean gym overall.

I like this gym! It's clean and never too crowded. The front desk staff seems friendly enough as well. It's not too big either. Some gyms are so large that people become overwhelmed before they even start working out. It has a welcoming vibe. I have yet to go to any of their classes, but they do have some. I believe there are a couple of trainers as well. So far, the other member I have encountered have been pretty friendly as well. Just a good gym atmosphere.

Worst PF in the country... Rude and disrespectful staff, terribly managed, and club rules not enforced (people on cell phones, etc.)

The staff is very friendly and do a tremendous job of helping new members. A lady with red hair at the front desk helped check me in when I was just a guest at the time. Seriously, this is way better than In shape and 24 hour fitness gyms. Cheaper plans, clean gym, and no judgmental people.

The gym is a good place to workout we like the circuit rooms but we don't like how people just walk in during your workout and use the machines and don't follow the red light green light there is no supervision when it comes to that. It seems like every time we use the room someone always starts a machine in in front of you and they don't follow the lights it interrupts your flow. That is the only bad thing we can say about it the staff is very frindley. We recommend it all the time.

Great place and atmosphere to work out, but if you move or are no longer able to go their good luck cancelling your membership. You have to physically go in to do so. Can't do it over the phone or online.

charge me 3x in my bank account. Called the office, they explain is to get my money back is to cancel my membership or I can keep my membership but I won't be charge for the couple months. Now I check my bank account again I got charge 2x. Better check your account if this happen to you guys.

The gym is a good place to workout we like the circuit rooms but we don't like how people just walk in during your workout and use the machines and don't follow the red light green light there is no supervision when it comes to that. It seems like every time we use the room someone always starts a machine in in front of you and they don't follow the lights it interrupts your flow. That is the only bad thing we can say about it the staff is very frindley. We recommend it all the time.
