Great box that has everything you need and a great community / family feeling. Nicest CrossFit bathroom / locker room I've ever seen. Very welcoming and friendly people!
My wife and I love Cocoon Cross Fit. from day one we were welcome with open arms, all the coaches are very knowledgeable, and are always looking out for us newbies and making sure we have proper form. Its a very family oriented gym, and we are extremely happy to be members here.
This place is my home away from home. I can comfortably bring my kids here to play in their playroom while i get my workout on. Everyone is friendly, the workouts are great and it's a motivating environment. I go 4-5 days a week. Now it's time to start 6am class Tu/Th!
I started working out at Cocoon CrossFit in Escondido about 6 months ago. I was looking for a place where I could safely learn some weight lifting/crossfit skills and meet some nice people. Cocoon CrossFit has a welcoming vibe and the coaches are terrific. They will customize the workout to your skill level and spend time helping you learn the new techniques. You will work hard and have some fun, too!

The thing that really stood out to me was the people! This place has great ownership and members. I dropped in for the Open workout 18.1 and was welcomed and encouraged by everyone! Jessica and Ian were very communicative before dropping in and even placed me in a heat for the Open workout!!
